The Holiday Slipover is a chunky slipover with a deep armhole. The Holiday Slipover is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. First the back is worked, then the shoulders and front and finally the body. At the bottom of the body, a two-part rib edge is worked, where the back piece is worked longer than the front rib edge. Finally, ribbing is worked along the neck opening and armholes and finished with an Italian bind-off for a beautiful, finished look.
Make a swatch before you start. Note that you are working with three strands (two of the thick yarn and one strand of silk mohair).
Size Guide
The Holiday Slipover should have apositive ease of about 6 cm in relation to your chest measurement. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to chest measurements of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. Measure yourself before you start knitting to assess which size will fit you best. For example, if you measure 90 cm around your chest (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S, which has a width of 96 cm. S that has a width of 96 cm. This will give apositive ease of 6 cm in this example.
If you want a more oversized fit, you can go up a size from your normal size.
