Linen and viscose yarn

Linen is a strong natural fiber that has been known and used in this country long before we started using cotton. The linen provides a good hold, and at the same time makes the knitted fabric fall nicely. Linnen yarn has a slightly rustic look and gives the yarn some of the same expression as silk. Linen is often mixed with cotton or viscose to add more properties to the yarn. Linen alone can seem a bit stiff, but combined with cotton or viscose it gives a fantastically light yarn. Perfect for summer blouses and sweaters.
