As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.  

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email tokreativgarn or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. 

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods. .

If the item is returned due to refused receipt or if the package is not picked up, we will deduct the actual cost of the return from the refund we make.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone: 

Delivery of digital content, e.g. computer programs, apps, games, music, movies, etc.
that is not physically delivered on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously accepted that the execution is initiated and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

 

Cancellation of part of the purchase 

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order. 

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase. 

Returning

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this could possibly lead to an impairment of the item 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation for having returned it before then.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
