We offer the following delivery methods in Denmark:

• PostNord - Parcel shop: DKK 39,-(Free for orders over DKK 399,-) -
• PostNord - Delivery to door: 59,- kr./ (25,- kr. for orders over 399,- kr.)
• Delivery time 1-2 days. Usually day-to-day delivery to parcel shop

• GLS - ParcelShop: 49,- kr./ (25,- kr. for orders over 399,- kr.)
• GLS – Levering til dør: 75,- kr. / (50,- kr. ved ordrer over 399,- kr.)
• Delivery time 2-3 days.

Pickup:

You can pick up your goods by appointment at our address: Kirkegade 14, baghuset, 6700 Esbjerg. You will receive an email when your order is packed.

By default prices are shown in DKK (Dansk Krone).

EU customers

EU customers will be charged with Danish VAT.

Non-EU customers:

For customers outside the European Union, VAT and taxes will be charged by their local Tax authorities. When Kreativgarn has ensured that you as a customer fulfills the requirement for VAT deduction, the Danish VAT will be subtracted from the payment of your order, and you will receive an updated receipt.

Shipping to destinations outside Denmark :

We offer PostNord shipment to the EU and non-EU countries. Please see table below for shipping costs.

At the moment delievery to US customers is not posible. We will re-open for delievery to US as soon as the US import-tarifs have been implemented.
