How to shop at Kreativgarn

  1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to the shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Select shipping/payment method.
  4. Accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  5. Please ensure all information is correct on the summary page and approve the purchase. 

You can create an account when you shop, so you can view your previous orders. You can also choose to shop as a guest without creating an account. If you have any questions about previous orders, please contact us atkreativgarn

You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. Consent should be given in the comment field before proceeding to payment.

 

Payment

You can pay in the following ways:

  • Payment cards (Dankort, Visa and Master) – the money is only withdrawn when your item is dispatched
  • Bank overførsel – her sendes din vare når pengene er overført. Ved denne betalingsform er du ikke dækket af indsigelsesordningen.
  • Kontant eller mobilepay ved afhentning i Jyllandsgade 46, 6700 Esbjerg
  • EAN: Offentlige instanser og virksomheder, som er oprettet i Nemhandelsregistret har mulighed for at handle med EAN nummer. EAN ordrer skal være på minimum 500 kr.

All prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner).

We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) Vi trækker beløbet, når vi sender varen, eller
2) pengene frigives ifølge aftale med din kortudsteder.

Delivery times

Our normal delivery time is 1-3 days for shipments. If you order before 14:00, we ship the same day. If you have the option to pick up at our address, we just need to receive your order no later than the evening before.

If parts of your order have a longer delivery time, the order will be sent when all items are ready for delivery.
