How to shop at Kreativgarn
- Find the item(s) you want and add them to the shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your personal information.
- Select shipping/payment method.
- Accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
- Please ensure all information is correct on the summary page and approve the purchase.
You can create an account when you shop, so you can view your previous orders. You can also choose to shop as a guest without creating an account. If you have any questions about previous orders, please contact us atkreativgarn
You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. Consent should be given in the comment field before proceeding to payment.
Payment
You can pay in the following ways:
- Payment cards (Dankort, Visa and Master) – the money is only withdrawn when your item is dispatched
- Bank transfer – your item will be sent once the money has been transferred. With this payment method, you are not covered by the objection scheme.
- Cash or mobilepay when picking up in Kirkegade 14, back house, 6700 Esbjerg
All prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner).
We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item or
2) The money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

Delivery times
Our normal delivery time is 1-3 days for shipments. If you order before 14:00, we ship the same day. If you have the option to pick up at our address, we just need to receive your order no later than the evening before.
If parts of your order have a longer delivery time, the order will be sent when all items are ready for delivery.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email tokreativgarn or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods. .
If the item is returned due to refused receipt or if the package is not picked up, we will deduct the actual cost of the return from the refund we make.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of digital content, e.g. computer programs, apps, games, music, movies, etc.
that is not physically delivered on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously accepted that the execution is initiated and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returning
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this could possibly lead to an impairment of the item
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation for having returned it before then.

Right of complaint
The Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects may apply to the purchase of goods.
However, be aware that yarn will often contain small knots and loose threads.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.

To be able to complain, the product or service that you
want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. However, for complaints
about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee
to have the complaint processed.

Personal Data Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
- Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Katharina Merrild Schlein and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
