Easy Care Classic tweed

Mayflower Easy Care Classic Tweed is a lovely addition to their popular Easy Care range. The yarn quality has the same running length and gauge as Easy Care Classic, but it has also been given the most beautiful viscose tweed stripes. In both yarn qualities you'll find the most delicious merino wool, which provides a special softness combined with the other great properties of wool fibers.

Easy Care Classic Tweed gets its beautiful play of colors from the merino wool blended with viscose tweed threads. The yarn's fibers take on color in different ways, creating a super fine expression.

Easy Care Classic Tweed has an airy structure that makes the yarn lovely to knit with. The stitches lay down neatly and evenly, giving you a beautiful overall look and a great knitting experience. Easy Care Classic Tweed is also easy to maintain, it is superwash treated and machine washable. However, please note that tweed cannot be tumble dried, unlike the standard Easy Care series.
