Embroider a beautiful Christmas calendar for a loved one. Everyone can enjoy a Christmas calendar, children and adults alike. It's so nice to have traditions at Christmas. With a Christmas calendar, you can make someone happy every day in December. If you only want to use this hanger as an advent calendar, you can just embroider the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Calendars are embroidered with split DMC yarn, 3 threads on 7 thread Floba, which is most similar to embroidering on linen. Here you embroider over 2 threads both horizontally and vertically. There are 3.5 stitches per cm, so the fabric is fairly coarse and easy to embroider on.

The embroidery kit contains:
Floba embroidery fabric with 7 threads per cm, i.e. 3.5 stitches per cm. Floba consists of 33% linen and 67% viscose and is super nice to embroider on. DMC mouline yarn, needle, 24 red rings, count pattern with colors and symbols.
NB: You'll need something for hanging, we used 6 mm round sticks bought cheaply from a DIY store. You'll also need sewing thread for patterning and a string for hanging.
