This recipe is a paper version.

The Zipper Sweater is worked from the top down in one piece.

The neck edge is worked in ribbing that is doubled and worked down. The yoke is worked with raglan increases, first back and forth on the circular needle to make room for the zipper and then in the round on the circular needle.

Body and sleeves are worked in the round. Finally, knit the lining for the zipper from the resting stitches so that the zipper also looks nice from the wrong side. Finally, attach the zipper by sewing it between the two layers of knitted fabric - by hand or machine.

Knit a test swatch to find the needle size that gives you the right gauge. Size guide The Zipper Sweater should have a positive ease of about 35 cm in relation to your chest measurement. The fit is oversized.

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a chest measurement of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm.
