HEDGEHOG FIBERS - SOCK YARN
Hedgehog Fibres Sock Yarn is soft, delicious yarn in sock yarn thickness. Ideal for shawls, scarves, baby clothes, hats and mittens. And it comes in some very exciting colors.
Hand-dyed yarns in dark colors are expected to give off excess color when washed. Therefore, be careful when mixing dark and light colors.
Content: 90% Merino, 10% nylon, superwash treated
Running length: 400m / 100g
Pin size: 3 - 3.5 mm
Gauge: 28 sts on needle 3 = 10 cm
Hand wash at max 30 C - and tumble dry.
Dyeing is done in a way that avoids areas with solid-colored stripes and "blobs" as much as possible. Hedgehog Sock Yarn is soft and smooth with nicely marked stitches. The yarn is made from mulesing free wool.
The yarn is hand-dyed in small batches in Cork, Ireland.
Colors may vary within the single color portion, so we try to match colors when you order multiple bundles.
However, you should always check that you think the colors match before you wind up the bundles.
