Organic yarn

Ecological yarn is produced in a sustainable way, so the environment is protected. The ecological yarn is gently treated without the use of chemical agents. Also, pesticides and chemical fertilizers are not used when growing e.g. cotton. When the yarn is produced according to ecological principles, you also ensure that the yarn is free of chemical residues. This gives you a good conscience towards both those you knit for and our environment.

An extra benefit of the gentle treatment of the yarn is that it retains large parts of its natural properties.

Ecological yarn is available in many variants. You can either choose the pure cotton yarn, the wool yarn, or one of the beautiful blends of cotton and wool. You can knit either light summer tops or warm sweaters in ecological yarn.
